ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF READINESS FOR INSPECTION
Dear Mr. McCoy:
This letter is to acknowledge that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received your letter dated January 28, 2021, notifying us of readiness for a supplemental inspection 92723 associated with the issuance of four Severity Level IV traditional enforcement violations associated with impeding the regulatory process within a 12-month period.
Mr. Scott A. Morris, Regional Administrator of U.S. NRC Region IV has authorized the performance of Inspection Procedure 92723, Follow up Inspection for Three or More Severity Level IV Traditional Enforcement Violations in the Same Area in a 12-Month Period. The NRC has scheduled the inspection for the week of March 1, 2021, using Inspection Procedure 92723.
In accordance with Title10 of the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access Management System (ADAMS), which is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
