Background===
- A change to the Column 3 criteria was implemented in late 2015 with corresponding changes to IP 95001
- Sufficient time has elapsed to allow for an effectiveness review of the change at this point

- Bases for initial Action Matrix and the 2015 Change
- IP 95001 inspection reports since 2016
- Stakeholder perspectives on pushback on potentially GTG inputs
Review Timeline
- Review commenced in late Fall 2020 and is ongoing
- Expect completion of review in 1Q2020
