By letter dated May 8, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML20132A014), Westinghouse Electric Company (Westinghouse) submitted to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Topical Report (TR)

WCAP-18482-P/ WCAP-18482-NP, Revision 0, Westinghouse Advanced Doped Pellet Technology (ADOPTTM) Fuel, for review and approval.

On November 9, 10, 12, and 13, 2020, the NRC staff conducted a virtual regulatory audit to discuss major topics of the TR review that included open items and draft requests for additional information. On December 14, 2020, the NRC staff conducted a virtual follow up meeting to the audit. The results of the audit and the follow up meeting provided additional information to support the NRC staff safety evaluation of the TR. The proprietary audit report is enclosed.
