ENCLOSURE 1 SHINE MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, LLC SHINE MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, LLC OPERATING LICENSE APPLICATION SUPPLEMENT NO. 6 AND RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT CHANGE
SUMMARY
Summary Description of Changes FSAR Impacts Administrative corrections including clarification of the Section 8a2.2, Table 8a2.2-2, aging factor applied for battery sizing and correction of the Section 8a2.3 revision year for a referenced industry standard.
Update to incorporate normal electric power supply Section 8a2.1, Figure 8a2.1-1, system (NPSS) design changes including changes to the Section 8a2.2 off-site power service supplies as well as changes to the on-site distribution service design.
Update to incorporate uninterruptable electrical power Section 8a2.2, Table 8a2.2-1, supply system (UPSS) design changes including updates Table 8a2.2-2 to UPSS electrical loading to include data from equipment vendor specifications and UPSS load list calculation updates.
Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) mark-ups related to the SHINE Medical Technologies, LLC (SHINE) responses to requests for additional information are provided as Attachment 1 to (non-public version) and Enclosure 3 (public version). FSAR mark-ups associated with the above FSAR changes are included with those mark-ups provided as Attachment 1 to and Enclosure 3.
