5 The agency is operating under the Continuing Appropriations Act 2021 in December, 2020, but that the January, 2021 report will reflect the FY 2021arppropriation bill amounts.

6 FY 2020 supplemental appropriation from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), P.L. 116-136, enacted March 27, 2020. The supplemental appropriation of $3,300K was fully obligated in FY 2020.
