Update on Ginna POV - 3504A and 4562 Pete & Damon:

Ill be out of the office tomorrow. So no need for a call tomorrow. Please send a MS Teams invitation when you are ready to discuss (likely early next week).

I also request that we discuss the following regarding the 4562 valve to help us better understand how the quarterly full-stroke exercise test is performed and whether remote position indication exists for this valve.

- Please discuss what is performed/verified to meet the ISTC-3530 Valve Obturator Movement requirement during the quarterly full-stroke exercise test. Discussion on 11/19 indicated the quarterly test is performed using procedure STP-O-R-2.5.5, steps 6.9.4.6 and 6.9.6. Operators observe valve stem rotation locally to confirm obturator position. No additional indications are used. Please verify whether this is correct and discuss how this meets the requirements of ISTC-3530.

- Several procedures (e.g., STP-O-R-2.1-TR-B, STP-O-R-2.5.5, E-0 Attachment 27-0, AR-C-10) have steps requiring operators to verify AOV-4562 status light is Bright (or Dim). Please discuss whether this is a remote verification of valve position, and if not, discuss the purpose of this verification.

- State what normal operating SW flow out of each of the four containment recirc fan coolers is (e.g., with FCV-4561 controlling temperature and AOV 4562 shut).

- If Ginna has retrievable plant computer data for containment recirc fan cooler SW outlet flow, please provide the flow for each of the 4 coolers for the duration of the last performance of STP-O-R-2.5.5.
