The re ulting IC2s values, for both species were> l 00 percent. Exposure of daphnids to intake samples resulted in no significant difference from the control during this study period. Minnow growth in the intake samples wa significantly lower than the control.

SUMMARY

I CO CLUSIONS Exposures to samples collected October 04 - 09, 2020 from Outfall I 01 resulted in no toxic effects to fathead minnows or daplu1ids. The resulting IC2s values for both species. were > I 00 percent. Exposure of daphnids to intake samples resulted in no significant difference from the control during this study period. Minnow grovJth in the intake samples was significantly lower than the control. 9 of90

SUMMARY

OF METHODS I. Pimephales promeia Tests were conducted according to EPA-821-R-02-013 (October 2002) using four replicates, each containing ten test organisms, per treatment. Test vessels consisted of 500-mL plastic djspo able cups, each containing 250-mL of test solution.

2. Ceriodaphnia dubia Tests were conducted according to EPA-821-R-02-013 (October 2002) usjng ten replicates each containing one test organism, per treatment. Test vessels consisted of 30-mL polypropylene cups each containing 15-mL of test solution.

DEVIATION I MODIFICATIONS TO TEST PROTOCOL I. Pimephales promelas Samples used in the fathead minnow test were exposed to UV light for two minutes prior to introduction of test organisms. UV treatment is u ed to control interference of fi h pathogens. This treatment method was approved on November 23 20 l 5 by the State of Te1messee in a letter from Jessica Murphy to Terry Cheek, Senior Manager of TV A Water Permits, Compliance, and Monitoring,
