This interim response addresses additional records compiled during the course of the above-referenced investigations, which were not previously addressed in interim responses #2. 4, and 14. These records were assembled as part of this office's responses to FOIA-2014-024 7 and 2014-0327. To the extent these prior FOIA responses included records we have already addressed in interim responses 2, 4, and 14, we have not included them again. Upon receipt of your request, we revisited these prior responses and, as appropriate, restored some information that had been redacted

We note that our response herein takes into account the privacy waiver furnished by a subject of, or an individual whose name appears in, these records. As a courtesy, we have included copies of the agency's prior responses, as well as the released records, so that you can correlate the allegation/investigation records were the FOlA responses in which they were previously addressed (some of which you cited in your request).

With this response, we have fully addressed the records responsive to items 9, 10, and 13. With the issuance of this response, only item 15 of your request remains to be addressed.; we note that there are a substantial number of records but we will make every effort to complete processing as soon as practicable. PART II.A -- APPLICABLE EXEMPTIONS Records subject to the request are being withheld in their entirety or in part under the FOIA exemption(s) as indicated below (5 U.S.C. 552(b)).

Exemption 1: The withheld information is properly classified pursuant to an Executive Order protecting national security information.

Exemption 2: The withheld information relates solely to the internal personnel rules and practices of NRG.

Exemption 3: The withheld information is specifically exempted from public disclosure by the statute indicated.

Sections 141-145 of the Atomic Energy Act, which prohibits the disclosure of Restricted Data or Formerly Restricted Data (42 U.S.C. 2161-2165).

Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act, which prohibits the disclosure of Unclassified Safeguards Information (42 U.S.C. 2167).

41 U.S.C. 4702(b), which prohibits the disclosure of contractor proposals, except when incorporated into the contract between the agency and the submitter of the proposal.

Exemption 4: The withheld information is a trade secret or confidential commercial or financial information that is being withheld for the reason(s) indicated.

The information is considered to be proprietary because it concerns a licensee's or applicant's physical protection or material control and accounting program for special nuclear material pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).

The information is considered to be another type or confidential business (proprietary) information.

The information was submitted by a foreign source and received in confidence pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(2).
