OF AUGUST 3, 2020, CLOSED MEETING WITH FRAMATOME INC. AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION FOR TOPICAL REPORT, ANP-10344P, REVISION 0, FRAMATOME BEST-ESTIMATE ENHANCED OPTION III METHODOLOGY On August 3, 2020, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a closed teleconference meeting via Skype with representatives from Framatome Inc. (Framatome). The purpose of the meeting was to discuss NRC staffs questions regarding the review of the Framatome Topical Report (TR) ANP-10344P, Revision 0, "Framatome Best-Estimate Enhanced Option III Methodology." The meeting was noticed on July 15, 2020 and is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML20198M629.
During the meeting, there were discussions between Framatome representatives and the NRC staff regarding potential request for additional information (RAI) questions and next steps in the review of the TR, including future interactions.
