XSOU8707 XSOU8827 ORDER On October 1, 2020, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received a submittal from LC Energy Storage requesting that the NRC issue a Demand for information under 10 C.F.R § 2.204 regarding the agency order approving MP Mine Operations LLCs application for an indirect transfer of control of export licenses XSOU8707 and XSOU8827.1 The Office of International Programs responded to LC Energy Storages October 1 submittal on October 9, 2020.2 As stated in 10 C.F.R. § 2.1, the procedures set forth in 10 C.F.R. Part 2, which include section 2.204, do not apply to export licensing proceedings under 10 C.F.R. Part 110.
Accordingly, I deny LC Energy Storages request.
This Order is issued under my authority in 10 C.F.R. § 110.88.
