LOUISIANA ENERGY SERVICES - AMENDMENT 87, REPLACEMENT EXECUTED FUNDING INSTRUMENTS (ENTERPRISE PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER L-2020-DFA-0007)
Dear Mr. Padgett:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has reviewed your letter submitted on October 12, 2020, transmitting the new executed funding instruments for decommissioning.
The new executed funding instruments were submitted to replace the existing funding instrument which are set to expire on December 10, 2020.
We approve the replacement funding instruments. Pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Materials License SNM-2010 is hereby amended with the new submittal date. Accordingly, License Condition 10(af) has been modified.
Enclosed are copies of the amended license (Enclosure 1) and the safety evaluation report (Enclosure 2). This amendment completes action on your request. Enterprise Project Identification No. L-2020-DFA-0007 is considered CLOSED.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter, and the non-sensitive conditions in the license will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room and the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The sensitive conditions in the license will be withheld from the public.
Documents transmitted herewith contain Security-Related and Proprietary Information. When separated from the sensitive conditions in Part 2 of Enclosure 1 and Enclosure 2, this document is decontrolled.
