By letter dated June 30, 2020 (Reference 1), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) submitted a proposed relief request associated with the Inservice Testing Program at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant (CCNPP), Unit 2. The request proposed a one-time extension to the 2-year Supplemental Position Indication testing frequency for nine Containment Isolation Valves installed on CCNPP, Unit 2. On September 3, 2020, the NRC conducted a public teleconference to discuss the timeliness of the CCNPP alternative request. The teleconference summary is documented in Reference 2. Upon further review, Exelon is withdrawing this relief request and completion of the testing will be managed within the Corrective Action Program.

There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
