By letter dated September 11, 2020 (Agencywide Documents and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML20259A452), you submitted an affidavit dated September 11, 2020, executed by Dwi Murray, Sr. Manager - Licensing, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC), requesting that the information contained in the following document be withheld in its entirety from public disclosure pursuant to Section 2.390 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR):

Letter from D. Murray (Exelon Generation Company, LLC) to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Supplement to the Request for a License Amendment to LaSalle County Station, Units 1 and 2, Technical Specification 3.7.3, "Ultimate Heat Sink," ATTACHMENT 4 Proprietary Information - Applicable Sections of Design Analysis L-002457, Revision 8, LaSalle County Station Ultimate Heat Sink Analysis (ADAMS Accession No. ML20259A458 Proprietary, Non-Publicly Available).

However, by letter dated October 22, 2020 (ADAMS Package Accession No. ML20296A616),

you withdrew September 11, 2020, Attachment 4, your request for withholding the above information in the Attachment 2 in your September 11, 2020, letter and resubmitted the information in September 11, 2020, Attachment 4 which is publicly available under ADAMS Accession No. ML15113B115 as Attachment 1.

Therefore, the NRC will not take any action on your request in the September 11, 2020, submission for withholding the above information. Attachments 2 and 4 will remain in ADAMS, and Attachment 4 will remain Non-Publicly Available.
