Technical Specification Revision - Organization Chart Revision - Supplemental Information We wish to supplement the information given in the report made August 20th 2020 to the NRC regarding revision of UCI Nuclear Reactor Facility Technical Specifications (TS). We have also made formatting changes to the Organization Chart to clarify the chart and position relationships.
Action: Augment the information associated with the revision of Technical Specifications Page 31 included with additional revisions herewith. Replace page 31 with the current version.
Justification: When the current occupant of the position of Vice Chancellor for Business Administration assumed this role, a name change was made to that position to Vice Chancellor for the Division of Finance and Administration. The adjustment was also made to the title of the Associate Vice Chancellor (given as DFA) in the revised chart.
The Vice Chancellor Division of Finance and Administration also has the secondary title of Chief Financial Officer for the university. However, we have chosen not to include that addition in the chart as it does not directly relate to control/reporting of Environmental Health and Safety shown in the chart.
The link between the Director of Environmental Heath and Safety and the Radiation Safety Committee is meant to show consultation, and this has been clarified in the attached reformatted version.
