Technical Specification Revision - Organization Chart We wish to report a small change to the UCI Nuclear Reactor Facility Technical Specifications (TS) required as noted by our NRC inspector in November 2019.

Action: Replace Technical Specifications Page 31 entirely with the attached page 31 (as a pdf. File).

Justification: A few years ago, just prior to when the relicense TS were being finalized, UCI combined the position of Associate Vice Chancellor for Administration with the position of Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S). To direct daily operations within EH&S the position of Deputy Director of EH&S was added. Under a new Vice Chancellor for Administration and Business Services, UCI returned to separate administrative positions, and eventually eliminated the position of a Deputy to the Director, Environmental Health and Safety division.

This was not reported earlier as it did not involve a direct reporting link for the reactor facility and so was overlooked in all reviews. Further, there was some uncertainty as to whether the changes were temporary or permanent. The reporting chain and titles now appear to be stable, so an update is appropriate.
