RE: Question about the Form 313 for the upcoming LAR submission I would accept correspondence without a 313. Just ensure in the subject line or in the body of the letter that you are requesting to amend SNM-95..to modify locations of use. Im sure youll include some kind of summary surveys performed, etc.

Thanks Ty T. D. Naquin, CHP NMSS/DFM/FFLB (301) 415-7352

[External_Sender] Question about the Form 313 for the upcoming LAR submission Good morning Ty, The license amendment request for removing the Hammond Building from the Penn State License SNM-95 is almost ready for submission. However I have a question for you before I request a signature from the University Senior Vice President for Research. Since we dont request to add new materials in the amendment, I am wondering if it is necessary for us to fill out the NRC Form 313 for the building removal purpose. Thank you so much for your kind assistance.
