License Amendment Request for the License SNM-95 (Docket Number 070-0113)
Dear Mr. Naquin,
The Pennsylvania State University (the University) is submitting a license amendment request to remove the Hammond Building from its special nuclear material License SNM-95. Hammond Building is one of the three authorized places for the use of special nuclear materials (SNM) at the University. The SNM use in Hammond Building was discontinued in May 2016 and there is no intent for SNM to return to use in this facility. Supporting documents (Enclosures 1 and 2) for this request are included with this letter for your review.
