Dear Sir / Madam:
Enclosed are copies of the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Peach Bottom
- Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Unit 2, Reload 11, Cycle 12 (Revisions 4,5, and 6).
Revision 4 incorporates changes to the thermal limits necessary to account for the impact of a Reactor Water High Level Trip time delay of 0.7 seconds, and to permit operation of l
the reactor with a Final Feedwater Temperature Reduction of 80 degrees Fahrenheit between end-of-rated and end-of-cycle. Revision 5 corrects typographical errors.
Revision 6 incorporates the thermal limit changes associated with operation between end-of-rated and end-of-cycle with a Final Feedwater Temperature Reduction of 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
l These COLRs are being submitted to the NRC in accordance with PBAPS, Unit 2 l
Technical Specifications (TS) Section 5.6.5.d.
