SECY-85-255 - OI INVESTIGATIVE PROCEDURES MANUAL ,

In a memo of October 21, 1985 you were advised that the Commission had given interim approval to the OI Investigative Procedures Manual and that you would be further advised as to any change which the Commission wanted to have incorporated.

The attached comments by Commissioners Roberts, Bernthal and Zech and by OIA and OGC should be considered for incorporation in a Revised Procedures Manual. Those comments that are acceptable should be included in appropriate text changes to the manual and submitted for Commission review. Those comments that you believe are not acceptable should be identified and submitted with an analysis for Commission review.
