on October 8, 1976.
The control rod configuration at criticality was as predicted.
This Preliminary Notification is issued for information only and no further action by IE is anticipated.
NRC Region II (Atlanta) received notification on this event by telephone from the IE:II inspector at the site on October 8,1976.
