SPECIAL REPORT - HIGH-PRESSURE CORE SPRAY SYSTEM RELIABILITY 1987-1993 (INEEL-EXT-95-00133), JANUARY 1998 Because of printing errors discovered in previously distributed copies of the final report on the reliability of the high-pressure core spray system, the report has been reprinted and is being redistributed. Please discard the previous report copy and replace it with the attached copy.
