INITIAL CRITICALITY Initial criticality was achieved in the St. Lucie I reactor at 8:30 a.m.
l on April 22, 1976.
Region II inspectors are at the site and report that the control element (rod) configuration and reactor coolant boron concen-tration were in close agreement with the predicted values.
Region II, Atlanta, Georgia received notification of this event by j
telephone from Region II onsite inspections.
