206; 50-423/98-206 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Enclosed is a revised cover letter and Enclosure 1 (Notice of Violation) for the subject
inspection report. The version transmitted to you by my letter dated May 26,1998, -
inadvertently contained two examples in the equipment qualification violation (B.2 and B.3)
for which you had received enforcement discretion. Please substitute the enclosed pages
in your copy of the inspection report. Changes are denoted by revision bars in the margins.
