SUBJECT:
MICR0 SEISMIC ACTIVITY As a result of filling the plant cooling water reservoir to within 15 l
feet of the normal high water level, micro seismic activity has been experienced. At about 2:30 a.n. on January 25, activity was recorded at l
2.5 on the Richter scale by seismic monitors operated by the licensee and the State of South Carolina. Monitoring of seismic activ.ity has been continuous during the reservoir filling.
