Dear Mr. Miller:
This refers to your March 30,1998, response to the Notice of Violation (NOV) transmitted to you with Inspection Report 70-7001/98-201 by our letter dated February 27,1998. We have reviewed your response to the NOV and your corrective actions and determined that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201 Your corrective actions will be reviewed during future inspections, to ensure that all nuclear criticality safety controls are flowed down into all applicable operating procedures.
