Thank you for your submittal of your Quality Assurance Program contained in Chapter 17.2 of your annual FSAR update dated March 1989.
Changes to your program were reviewed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(a). Chapter 3.2, table 3.2-1, Chapter 13.1, and Appendix A changes were also reviewed for continuing program adequacy.
Based on the above reviews, we find that the operations program as revised continues to satisfy the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, AppendixB,andisthereforeacceptyble.
If there are changes to Quality Assurance conunitments existing in docketed correspondence outside of the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report QA program description, you are obligated to notify this office.
