The purpose of this letter is to inform you that our 1-pCi Am-241 alpha source (License number SNM-752) was transported to West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV on Friday, March 13 1998. The Radiation Safety Office at West Virginia Umversity agreed to accept and storiea source and did so after the required wipe tests were done.
