DOCKET NO. 50-445 CONFIRMATORY ORDER MODIFYING LICENSE FOR TU ELECTRIC CPSES UNIT 1 REF: NRC Letter from Elinor G. Adensam to C. L. Terry dated May 20,1998 Attached, please find the signed agreement consenting to the Confirmatory Order Modifying License (Order) issued by the NRC per the referenced letter. TU Electric acknowledges that concurrence with this Order will result in a modification to the Comanche Peak, Unit 1 License. Furthermore, TU Electric understands that consenting to the Order will waive TU Electric's right to request a hearing on all or any part of the Order.
This communication contains the following commitment:

I recognize that by signing below, TU Electric consents to the issuance of an immediately effective Order incorporating the above commitment and, by doing so, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.202(a)(3), TU Electric will not have a right to request a hearing on all or any part of this Order.
