On February 14, 1989, Carolina Power & Light Company submitted a letter to withdraw two requests for license amendments for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Units 1 and_2.
In conjunction with this withdrawal, the Company indicated'its intention to' submit by March 31, 1989 a new license amendment request combining the'necessary elements of the two previously submitted license amendment requests.
Due to recently i
announced changes to.the Nuclear Generation-Group organizational structure, submittal of the new organizational license amendment' request is being postponed until April 28, 1989.
