As requested by your letter dated May 22,1998, we have terminated our review of your application dated October 30,1995, as supplemented, for amendment of Certificate of Compliance No. 9932 for the Model No. UC-609 package. In addition, as requested in your letter we have terminated Certificate of Compliance No. 9932 for the Model No.
UC-609 package. Accordingly, the use of Model No. UC-609 packaging under the General License of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 or under the provisions of 49 CFR 6173.471is terminated.
