This follows-up on my April 30,1998 letter to you that identifies certain invoices to MMT determined to be post-petition, lists certain invoices previously identified as pre-petition invoices and explains that we are currently reviewing with your Office of Counsel, the status of an invoice for an annual license fee assessed in connection with the MMT QA Program.
We have reviewed this listing of invoices and compared it to the inventory of MMT's l
NRC licenses to determine if we have an invoice for each license. This review indicates that we do not have an invoice for C of C #9145. Our records show that Rev 12 was l
issued 9/17/97. In addition, we do not yet have an invoice for C of C #9210 for the transfer of that cask from SEG to MMT.
Please advise me on the status of any invoice for the licenses identified. I would j
