Dear Mr. McGowan:

I am replying to your May 4,1998, letter requesting information about invoices for which Molten Metal Technology (MMT) may be responsible. Specifically, you referred to an invoice for Revision 12 to Certificate of Compliance (C of C) No. 9145, which was issued on September 17,1997, and an invoice for a revision to C of C No. 9210.

In response to these two items, on May 15,1998, Mr. Messier faxed to Ms. Joy Jackson copies

, of invoice No. FLO196-98, along with backup and an updated receivable table indicating that

$573.04 is due for the review of C of C No. 9145. However, invoice No. FLO196-98 is acknowledged as a pre-petition debt for which we will not pursue collection of the $573.04.

Mr. Messier's fax also indicated that C of C No. 9210 will not be billed until July 24,1998, and will be due and payable. We also confirm receipt of MMT's total payment of $67,158.69 to the NRC for all post-petition debts.
