The following schedule is for the completion of the appropriate actions regarding the Alternate Shutdown Panel Surveillance Testing:

Determine the scope of Surveillance Test requirements - May 1, 1989 2.
Submittal to NRC of Application for Amendment of Operating License - July 31, 1989 3.
Surveillance Tests Developed and Approved - December 29, 1989 4.
