Application for Relicensing of Certificate of Compliance No.. 9184, NuPac. PAS-1 Packaging
Dear Mr. MacDonald:
Please find enclosed the'NuPac PAS-1 Packaging Safety Analysis Report (SAR) for renewal of_the. PAS-1, Package Certificate of Com-pliance under timely renewal.
The Safety Analysis Report has been consolidated and reformatted to" conform with the latest ver-sion of 10 CFR 71 and NRC Regulatory, Guide 7.9.
Ten copies of the PAS-1 Revision 0 Consolidated SAR and are enclosed.
The PAS-1 cask design was not revised.in the consolidation of the SAR.
Also enclosed is a check in the amount of-One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00), which is the application for this amendment to the Certificate of Compliance.
