LARSEN REGARDING RESPONSES TO DISCOVERY REQUESTS 0a March 29, 1989, Ann P. Hodgdon and Norman D. Romney of the NRC staff participated in a telephone conference with John P. Larsen regarding responses to discovery requests M. During this telephone conversation the Staff and Mr. Larsen agreed to extend the date for filing responses to discovery requests by one week until April 5,1989.
The Staff indicated to Mr. Larsen that Region IV would mail him a number of documents that the Region had identified as marginally relevant to his request, even though not directly responsive, and that Headquarters would endeavor to complete its document discovery by April 5th.
