CP&L RESPONSE TO THE BRUNSWICK DET REPORT Enclosed is the CP&L response to the Brunswick Diagnostic Evaluation Team (DET) report. As you know, Region II has lead responsibility for the review of CP&L's response with support from AE0D (i.e., the Brunswick DET) and NRR.
In order that we may provide our input to the Region in a timely manner, please review those portions of the CP&L response which address those DET report findings for which you are a principal contributor or lead authot.
Please determine whether the licensee understood individual DET issues, and adequately responded (including proposed corrective actiop) to individual issues within the. report.
Forward your input to me by COB October 10 1989. Your review comments on any other parts of the CP&L submittal would also be welcome.
