Condition 4 - The material to be exported under this hcense sholt be shipped in occordence with the physical protection requirements for special nuclear meteriot in 10 CFR 73.

Condition 7 - The licensee shall complete end submit on NRC form 741 for each shipment of

Condition 8 - The licensee shall advise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designo-tion of the company who will pockoge the nuclear materiol to be exported under this license, or ony change in the location of the pockoging operation, of least three weeks prior to the scheduled dote of export.
