during the period March 13-17, 1989, of activities authorized by NRC Operating
' Licenses DPR-51 and NPF-6 for the Arkansas Nuclear'One, Units 1 and 2,.and to.
the~ discussion of our findings with Mr. J. Vandergrift and other members of
your staff'at the. conclusion of the inspection.

The area examined during the inspection included commitments'for ANO, Units 1-
