The: inspection was; conducted as a result of the October 18,1988[CPC)regarding Part 21 notification made'to.the NRC by Consumers Power Company non-genuine Masoneilan-Dresser valve internal replacement parts that'were supplied to CPC by your_ company.:
Areas examined during the NRC inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed report. This inspection consisted of an examination of representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
In accordance with 10: CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this-
. letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
