, This confirms the-telephone conversation between Mr. C. K. McCoy of your staff and Mr. A. R. Herdt.- of my staff on March 14, 1989, cor.cerning an Enforcement Conference to be conducted in the NRC Region II Office at 9:00 a.m. on t
March 22,1989.. This meeting is being held at our request' to discuss the circumstances concerning the misalignment' of residual heat removal system valves that occurred on March 9,1989 during check valve leakage testing. The details ' of this event will be discussed in this month's resident inspector report 425/89-12. A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
