This report is an examination summary. Should you require more detailed information, the entire report will be maintained on file at the station and the corporate office.
In accordance with IWA-6220, Reports For Class 1 and Class 2 Components, a Form NIS-1, Owner's Data Report for Inservice Inspections, is provided with this report as. The NIS-2 Forms, Owner's Report For Repairs and Replacements, are also provided as Attachment ll in accordance with ASME Section XI,1960 Edition, Wilster 1981 Addenda (the applicable edition and addenda for repairs and t
