.LERs on Relay Problems In response to your, July 25 requet*,, we searched the SCSS database for LERs related to (1) relays or diesel generator control circuitry problems affecting multiple diesel generators, similar to a recent event at the Perry plant (LER 89-017) and (2) calibration problems with relays affecting multiple trains of a system similar to a 1988 event occurring at.the Palisades plant (LER 88-021).

.The SCSS database presently contains-LERs with event dates from 1980 approximately through mid-May~1989. The search comands used to satisfy -
