'Vice President.and Manager of Operations for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station, will be'on an interim assignment-as the Executive i
Director'of Nuclear Production for New Hampshire Yankee's Seabrook j
Nuclear Power Station.
As cuch, he will be. temporarily relie:ved 1
of his. Manager of Operations responsibilities for the Yankee plant.
This assigr, ment will become effective on July 24, 1989.
Mr.: Drawbridge vill' retain his' position as Vice President of Yankee Atomic Electric Company during this assignment.
Mr..Normand N.
St. Laurent will be named Acting Manager

of Operations during this interim time period.
Mr. St. Laurent l
will. report directly to me on all matters affecting plant operations and support.
Mr. Timothy K.
Henderson will become Acting Plant Superintendent.of-the Yankee Nuclear Power Station.
We feel that this arrangement maintains the continuity of thanagement j
-oversight of plant operations for the duration of Mr. Drawbridge's
