Patrick Madden Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (the licensee) submitted on December 23, 1991, their response to Generic Letter 88-20, Supplement 4 for Millstone Unit
- 3. On October 13, 1993, we completed our step 1 review of their August 1990, 4
individual plant examination of extreme events (IPEEE) of severe accident vulnerabilities for Millstone Unit 3.
As result of this review on April 3, 1994, additional information was requested.
By letter dated June 4, 1994, the license provided this additional information. We have completed our review of this information and the licensees IPE submittal. Our safety evaluation is enclosed.
