-NRC-26-89-291 Modification No. 5 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to revise the delivery schedule to allow sufficient time for review of the work products by NRC management, increase the ceiling and provide incremental funding. Therefore, the contract is modified as follows:
1.
Section F.4, Duration of Contract Period, is revised to read as follows:
"This contract shall commence on 11/15/88 and will expire on 7/10/89."
2.
Section B.2, Consideration and Oblication, is revised to read as -
follows:
"a. It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $95,465.00, of which the sum of
$87,911.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which
$7,554.00 represents the fixed fee.
b.
There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the Contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost of performance of that work.
c.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $95,465.00."
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
