Technical Specification requirements. This submittal supercedes the. referenced  !

submittal in its entirety. Changes from the previous submittal are editorial l

Attachment 5 provides the Quad Cities justification for not adopting the time 1 l requirements defined in the STS in the event that HPCl or RCIC cannot be ~

restored to operable status following the allowed out of service times. j l
