My November 15, 1988 submittal regarding the same subject indicated that an existing Catawba Nuclear Station Directive and Technica1' Specification would be revised to more clearly indicate the requirements for controlling overtime for-those personnel performing' safety related work. These revisions were to be completed:by March 15, 1989. However, please note these revisions will now be complete by May 5, 1989.
Extra time is needed to issue a' policy statement concerning overtime for all three of Duke's nuclear stations.
In the interim the requirements for controlling overtime correctly.have been communicated to-appropriate personnel so that further violations may be prevented.
