. Clarence, short summary as follows:
Falk Kantor and Tom Essig of the Division of Reactor Program Management (NRR) .
along with Rosemary Hogan and Eric Weinstein of the Incident Response Division (AEOD)_ discussed emergency planning licensing and regulatory issues with the-Spanish and Argentinian visitors.-In particular, shift staffing and augmentation for emergencies was discussed in detail. Other issues discussed included protective action decisionmaking for severe reactor accidents and the responsibilities of licnesses, State and Jocal authorities, and the Federal
. governmene. - for implementing protective actions in the event of'a radiological emergency.
