4/24/98 COMMENT RESOLUTION In their vote sheets, Chairman Jackson and Commissioners Dicus and McGaffigan approved the final rule. Commissioner Diaz approved in part and disapproved in part.

He would have preferred further revisions to the criteria so that realistic scenarios are considered in the assumptions rather than the present " worst case" assumptions.

Subsequently, the Commission affirmed the final rule in an Affirmation Session as reflected in the SRM issued on May 13,1998.
