APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE

Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the New York Power Authority, as holder of Facility Operatir.g License No. DPR-59, hereby applies for an Amendment to the Technical Specifications contained in Appendix A of this license.
This proposed amendment to the James A. FitzPatrick Technical Specifications updates Table 4.7-2,
" Exception to Type C Tests," to accurately reflect the as-built configuration of the plant.
In addition,. editorial errors have been corrected and its consistency and format have been improved.
These changes are purely administrative in nature and do not involve significant hazard considerations.
The proposed changes revise Table 4.7-2 on pages 211, 212, 213, 213a and 213b.
The proposed changes to the Technical Specifications are Attachment I to this Application for Amendment to the Operating License.
The Safety Evaluation for the proposed changes is included as Attachment II.
